How You Can Get Involved

Public involvement is crucial to the transportation process and FAMPO is dedicated to ensuring that all voices are heard. Public participation and community engagement help the community to have a voice and an impact on transportation policy within the FAMPO region. Through community meetings, online surveys, community outreach, and other methods, we ensure the consultation and inclusion of our community members in the transportation process. FAMPO has recently updated the Public Involvement Element of the 2045 MTP in 2020, which includes our public involvement goals and public notification guidelines. FAMPO has sought and collected community feedback for its transportation plans, such as the Metropolitan Transportation Plan, the Comprehensive Transportation Plan, and the Multi-Modal Congestion Management Process.
