FAMPO Committees Meeting Schedule:
FAMPO has a bimonthly meeting schedule with six regular meetings every year. Typically, CAC and TCC meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM, respectively, and TAC on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 8:30 AM. All meetings are hybrid, with virtual and in-person options. In-person meetings are held at the Cumberland County Historic Courthouse located at 130 Gillespie Street in Fayetteville.
Multi-Modal Congestion Management Plan:
The Fayetteville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (FAMPO) has created a Comprehensive, Multi-Modal Congestion Management Process. The Congestion Management Process (CMP) is a multi-modal transportation plan with the objective to prepare a regional, multi-modal plan for managing transportation congestion suitable for implementation by local governments, FAMPO, public transportation providers, and NCDOT.
